RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us before filling out the return slip within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
All return item(s) should be sent back to us unworn, unwashed and in its original saleable condition with its original packaging intact. We will ship the correct item(s) within 3 working days once we have received your returned item(s). In cases where the item cannot be replaced, you will be offered a refund via store credit.
We would like to apologise that for cases due to a change of mind, we will only allow for an exchange with another item of equal or greater value.

The store credits will have a maximum validity of 2 years from the date it is issued.
It will be a discount code that will be sent to you to offset the amount refunded on your next purchase.
You can enter the discount code when checking out to apply the store credits.
One discount code can only be used for one purchase. If you have used a store credit discount code, you will not be able to use another discount code on the same purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
While we strive for perfection, occasional hiccups may still happen.
We also aim to ship your order in 3-5 business days from the time and date of your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once you have made your purchase. We will send you the shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once the order is shipped from our warehouse by the next working day.
The estimated time for the item to arrive to your address will be shown during check out.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
There are various options for you to choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. We ship with Singapore Post, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and many others. The estimated shipping cost and estimated transit time for the item will be shown prior to selecting a shipping option.
Should we be unable to ship your order with the preferred shipping method, at our discretion, we will select the best alternative shipping method to get your order to you.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Should you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact us within 2 hours from the time the order is placed. We will grant you a refund for the cancelled item via a store credits discount code (less a 5% restocking fee).
We apologise that we are unable to accept any cancellations or changes to an order once the shipping confirmation has been sent to you.
ARE THE PRICES LISTED ON THE WEBSITE INCLUSIVE OF CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY?
We do not charge any customs duties on all our shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your item when it reaches your country. This amount is included as an estimate as part of the total price at checkout, should there be customs charges.
While we do our best to provide you with as much information on this as possible, customs policies vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to placing the order. We advise you to check with your local customs office regarding taxes and duties.
Please contact us should any additional documents be required. If there is an additional processing fee to acquire the documents, the amount will be explained to you before we proceed.
